At RW Aesthetics, we are committed to transparency and providing clear guidelines for our clients. The information provided on this page serves as a general overview of our terms and conditions. However, it is crucial to understand that individual agreements may vary based on specific client needs.
CANCELATION POLICY
At RW Aesthetics we understand plans/ arrangements can change. However, we ask that if you do need to reschedule that you inform us at you earliest convenience. If this is less than 24 hours before your appointment time, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the treatment price (this is down to the clinicians discretion)
LATE ARRIVAL
Arriving more that 10 minutes late to your appointment may result in shortened treatment times, / need to rearranged and part of the treatment price being taken (this is down to the cinicans discretion)
PAYMENT
Payment for your treatment can be either cash or card at the time of your appointment.
